Course catalog, all forms, and conference fees will be posted online.
February 15
Last day to withdraw and receive your deposit refund (minus $25 administration fee).
Feb 15 – May 1
50% of your fees are refundable.
March 15
Final payment and class preferences due. Participants who have not submitted their class preferences and paid their balance in full will forfeit their registration number.
April 1
Scribe Store forms & promo photos due.
May 1
Class assignments sent out.
May 1 – June 15
30% of fees refundable.
June 15
Travel information due.
June 15
No refunds after this date.
July 17
Deadline to receive guild banners.
July 20
Scribe Store items due at SSU.
July 25
